*Will you be submitting an abstract to give an oral and/or poster presentation?
If you plan to give a presentation, your title and abstract information should be prepared using the Abstract Template form and emailed as an attachment to Dr. Peter Anderson (pca4@uw.edu) by April 5th, 2017

Due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee that all who prefer oral presentation will be able to give a talk, though usually most speakers can be accommodated. This is a great opportunity to give an oral presentation at a small conference, so we encourage you to indicate an oral presentation as your first preference.  Individuals not selected for talks may present a poster.   Notification of accepted oral presentations will be sent during the week of April 3-7.
*Presentation Preference

Thank you for completing the registration form.  Your registration will be emailed to the symposium coordinator when you click "Submit" below.   Please download the Abstract Template and email it to the symposium organizer if you plan to be a presenter.

Please submit payment in advance individually or as a group by going to the local section's Web Store and submitting payment via PayPal, or by check payable to ACS Puget Sound Section.  Checks and cash can be accepted on-site at the event, but advance payment via the Web Store is strongly preferred.  If you are paying for a group of people with one payment, please fill out the Group Payment Roster Form and send it to the symposium coordinator (Dr. Peter Anderson, pca4@uw.edu).    A receipt will be provided at the symposium upon check-in.

Thank you!  We're looking forward to seeing you at this year's symposium.
